She wanted to celebrate with her girls who have been there for her throughout her whole journey, as well as enjoy her last few months before becoming a Mrs. She desired a combination of a fun, luxurious, and memorable trip. Mimi chose our 2021 set menu with our fresh Thai Style Chicken Salad with Soya Noodles, Spicy Mango, Peanuts, Fresh Corriander, and Sprouting Peas to start followed by our Salmon in Terriyaki Glaze on a bed of Wok Rice and Vegetables, perfectly finished off with our New York Cheesecake and Red Berries.

Mimi chose to dine at a beautifully arranged table of soft grey linen napkins, gold-rimmed charger plates, white dinner plates, gold flatware, and gold acrylic mirror name places. The table was perfectly accompanied by a wonderful centrepiece of white and yellow Gypsophila, Craspedia, Eucalyptus greenery, and white Phalaenopsis orchids as a centerpiece.
