The Wedding Venue: Villa Blue Star, Ibiza
Rasha and Mohammed held their special wedding day at one of the most luxurious and memorable venues in Ibiza. Villa Blue Sky is ideally located within a few kilometres of the airport and Cala Jondal’s VIP beach. Inspired by Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi, this 200-year-old traditional property has been renovated with state-of-the-art features. Its original authenticity and traditional island surroundings perfectly complement its beautifully designed and styled modern-contemporary home.
This spacious, 700-square-meter villa has panoramic sea views and expansive scenic countryside views. It offers a large swimming pool, lush gardens, several terraces, and chill-out areas, making this Ibiza event venue a perfect spot for you and all your guests.
The Wedding Decoration & Dining Experience, Ibiza
Elegant details and a minimalist design perfectly captured the romance of this classic wedding. Under a romantic garden wedding canopy draped with fairy market lights, Rasha & Mohammed effortlessly executed their wedding style by choosing traditional white along with a lavish banquet dining experience.
The Wedding Menus with The Ibiza Catering
Rasha and Mohamed chose a two-day wedding with exquisite menus from The Ibiza Catering. The couple went out with a Paella performance for 50 guests on the first day, followed by a full set menu of street food stations, a late evening luxury BBQ, delightful dessert tables, and an open cocktail bar for their guests at the main event.

The pre-wedding event menu with The Ibiza Catering
A traditional welcome appetiser of homemade bread topped with aioli garlic sauce and marinated olives was served, which was naturally accompanied by grilled green baby peppers (pimientos padrón), Ibiza-style salad with carrots, toasted bread, local tomatoes, black olives, and garlic, as well as fresh traditional Spanish tortilla.
Traditional Paella Catering, Ibiza
Using the finest fish and seafood (and fideuá) provided by our local, high-quality suppliers, Rasha and Mohamed served both a traditional fish and vegetarian paella (made with organic vegetables from the island of Ibiza=, where their guests feasted generously.
Our top-class chefs cooked a fantastic meal right before their eyes, and after that, we served a wide array of fresh local Mediterranean fruits alongside Aperol Spritz and Cava Sangria to wash it all down.

Ibiza catering food stations and street food stands
It is a star attraction for many wedding receptions to have a food truck or food stations, mainly if they include a great selection of mini-snacks where guests can go back and forth.
Rasha and Mohammed opted for three of our top favourite food station selections: Ceviche, Tacos and Spanish Classics.
Although our Ceviche station speaks for itself, we’d like to point out that our “build your own taco” station was one of the most popular, mainly due to its engaging nature. Guests congregated at the welcoming tables as they enjoyed their meat, shrimp, and vegetarian options.
They also had a Picada Station that offers a wide variety of Spanish classics, including jamón, international cheeses, octopus galena, croquettes, classic tortilla, sardines in vinegar, grated tomato, garlic sauce, manchego skewers, and homemade bread.
The late-evening luxury wedding BBQ
We always start well with our traditional welcome appetisers of homemade bread variations with aioli sauce (garlic) and marinated olives. Our BBQ selection included red prawns and lobster, high-quality Galician beef sirloin, and roasted pumpkin sage risotto with smoked mozzarella for those who were vegetarian. In addition, there were shareable summer side dishes of burrata salad with tomatoes and basil, sea bass carpaccio with lemon yoghurt, and a quinoa salad with avocados and nuts. Our team of waiters and waitresses served everything to the banquet tables for a high-class luxury wedding banquet.

Lastly, but certainly not least, Rasha and Mohamed opted for delicious dessert tables with finger foods and small sweets that were sure to leave a lasting impression. You can’t go wrong with fruit salad, hazelnut brownies with cream, cheesecake with red berries, traditional shots, and great coffee. Of course, there is always the wedding cake at the centre.
Ibiza cocktail and wedding pop-up bars
In addition to our main wedding catering menu, we also provided our fantastic pop-up bars where guests could choose from unlimited cava or cava sangria, soft drinks, beer, and any type of spirit you can imagine, including Grey Goose, Hendricks, Bulldog, Tequila Don Julio Blanco, and the most renowned refreshing cocktails like Mojitos and Pornstar Martinis.
