Who We Are…
Founded and directed by Daniel, part of the renowned ‘Samos Group’ – who run an amazing set of gastronomical, hospitality and event management companies across the island, with an exceptional vision to turn any event into a memorable celebration.
With over a decade of experience, we are proud to say that ‘The Ibiza Catering’ is one of the islands top catering companies and we are driven towards a bigger and better 2020 season and beyond.
What We Do…
Our creativity in cuisine is at the centre of everything we do. With our high standards and hospitality experience, expertise in worldwide food and utilisation of the best suppliers in Ibiza – our catering service strives for excellence, creating healthy and international menus with the very best seasonal influences. We offer a fresh way of thinking with the latest trends and endless possibilities.
We have the honour of our very own talented in-house sommelier and our very own bakery specialising in custom baked goods, including personalized wedding cakes, cupcakes and dessert tables for any occasion.
Our Event Managers can help provide the most prestige venues, event styling and décor, entertainment, fully serviced bars and quality hospitality staff to execute your function to perfection. So, whether it be for business incentives, weddings, high class private functions, villa parties, yacht excursions, private chefs for vacating households or even organising those catering packages and picnics for groups visiting Ibiza out on tour – The Ibiza Catering offers every possibility from flying buffets, luxurious BBQ’s, Spanish tapas, fine dining, manned food stations, professional bar services and private chefs – we want everything done with exceptional professionalism and style.
When we work…
Basically all the time. Obviously, our season runs from March – October, like the rest of the island. However, during the off season planning and organising upcoming events is on the agenda with the odd local event here and there to attend too. In other words, The Ibiza Catering is always open!
Where we work…
Wherever our clients select their location – whether a villa, finca, private beach club, agriturismo, large conference venues for business events, congress centres, incentives, boats, yachts or even jets… or whether our clients wish to hire their own head chef with a private household team for a villa party, elegant dinner with friends and family or personalised cooking classes – nothing is exempt, every option is available and achievable with us.
