To enable us to do just that, we have expanded our team this year and appointed both a NEW special management and exclusive chef team who have added their unique skills and expertise to ‘revamp’ our refined menus and hospitality services this season. Meet Daniel Sanwald – Managing Director and Owner
It is not a big secret, our vision and mission is to always bring quality and the very best hospitality and event management services on the island. After 11 years in the catering business, we still strive to stay ahead of trends, always learning and seeking new opportunities and influences. Pushing boundaries has created many special moments, especially with big investments. Our constant ability to exceed our expectations and seek new horizons also contributes to our island, creating employment for others and enabling wonderful community relations.
We are so proud to have expanded this season, despite all odds against us last year, and we are continuing to develop our team and vision each and every year.
Meet Beata – Lead Operations Manager
Beata is an incredibly heartwarming, polite, and honest person who loves to plan and create wonderful events and weddings with us at Samos Group.
Beata studied Travel and Tourism at university level and has spent her internship work traveling around many European countries and islands, including Crete, Greece, Stockholm, La Palma (Canary Islands), and Cyprus.
After university Beata worked as marketing and sales manager in a 4-star hotel before moving to London to expand her career in the city. For Beata, since discovering Ibiza three years ago, the island has warmly welcomed her and treated her as part of its unique family, and she plans to stay with us all long-term!
We are very grateful to have Beata with us and we are sure you will too.
Edyta & Beata
Meet Edyta – The Ibiza Catering Sales Manager
Edyta is an idealist, who is always direct and energetic. She is a magnificent addition to the Ibiza catering team, with impeccable organisational and sales skills.
Born and raised in Poland, Edyta studied Tourism and Ecology for 5 years ending up with two diplomas. She later advanced her studies and achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Catering, followed by a Master’s degree in Tourist Management. Her work experience has taken her across many European countries where she has completed further business management education and various internships abroad. Edyta speaks three languages fluently, Polish, English, and Spanish.

Meet Massimo – Exclusive Luxury Catering Chef
Private Chef Massimo Larosa will transform any villa location in Ibiza into a genuine restaurant atmosphere, complete with staff, unique services and exclusive wine lists. His twenty years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, is gratefully at the disposal of all our guests.
Massimo Larosa followed in the footsteps of his Italian family since he was a child. It was his mother and grandmother who initiated his passion for cooking. Massimo has proudly worked with chefs of high calibre, including Gaetano Trovato, Antonio Guida, and Nino Di Costanzo. Over the past five years he has enriched his cuisine with fresh experiences, including his time at IT-Ibiza restaurant with Gennaro Esposito. He also boasts his most recent collaborations to include San Domenico and the Arzak the Celler de Can Roca.

Meet Enzo – Private Chef at The Ibiza Catering
Adolfo Vaccaro Vasquez (Enzo) is a passionate Chef de Partie and Private Chef with us at The Ibiza Catering. Originally from Argentina, Enzo has worked across Mexico, Barcelona and now in Ibiza.
Educated over a four-year study programme at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía, Enzo brings forth a motivated and passionate attitude with an extensive knowledge and incredible technical cheffing skills.
Enzo has worked at the prestigious Papaya Playa Project in Tulum, with a high level of confidence and ambition. His ambition led him to venture as an independent Private Villa Chef in Tulum, Barcelona for several years, and now Ibiza, continuing his career working for high-profile and VIP clientele.
